I am specialized at helping people to use both their heads and their hearts in order to become the greatest expressions of themselves. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The tools and strategies I learned were so successful that I wanted to share them with the rest of the world by getting certified as a Life Coach.

In 2014, I received my Strategic Coaching Certificate from Robbins-Madanes Training .  Strategic intervention ( also known as SI ) is dedicated to extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines. The term "Strategic Intervention" was coined by Anthony Robbins, Chloe Madanes and Mark Peysha to describe their change work.

I have over 30 years of corporate experience working in human resources, accounting and owning my own business. I have been married for over 30 years and have spent the better part of that time raising two sons. I am also actively involved at my local church helping fellow community members in need.

My greatest strength comes from my faith.  I believe that God has a much bigger plan for our lives than we can possibly ever imagine.  If we can see that life is always happening FOR us and NOT TO us, then the possibilities are infinite!
